No Return, No Refund Policy

At The Fragrance Book, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy. Exceptions are made only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong or Damaged Product

Product Replacement: We will issue a replacement only if the wrong product was sent or if the product was completely damaged upon delivery.

Conditions: The product must be returned in its original packaging in unused, sellable, and undamaged condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Reporting Issues

Timeframe: Missing items, wrong orders, or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Offer/Combo Products

Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable: Any single product within an offer or combo cannot be cancelled or returned.

  1. Purchases from The Fragrance Book

Exclusive Returns: Only products purchased directly from our website are eligible for replacement. We do not accept returns of products bought from third-party websites or physical stores.

  1. Return Process

Initiating a Return: The returns form in the ‘My Account’ section must be completed. Alternatively, you can email us at [Email ID].

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Our customer service team will contact you once your return is reviewed.

Terms and Conditions

  • All returned items must include a copy of the original invoice.
  • Shipping costs and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
  • All gifts or promotional items received with your purchase must be returned with your order.
  • We do not replace opened or used products unless it is an extreme scenario, in which case, please contact our customer service team.
  • If the replacement product is of lesser value, no refund will be issued for the difference. If it exceeds the original value, you will need to pay the difference.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • Products damaged due to misuse or overuse
  • Products returned without original packaging, price tags, labels, or accessories
    Products with tampered serial numbers
  • Defective products not covered under the seller/manufacturer’s warranty
    Products that have been used or altered
  • Requests made after 7 business days from the delivery date
  • Free products provided by the brand
    Single products from combo or kits
